Your assignment this week is to investigate a company’s recruitment and/or selection strategy to find unique examples of companies that are doing things particularly well (or particularly poorly!). Some examples of innovative recruiting strategies are below: Recruitment at Shopify Recruitment at Starbucks Selection at Microsoft Selection at McDonald’s The goal of this week’s discussion is to learn from each other, so please try to find different examples to share. Videos or articles to add are great. And definitely keep up with each other’s posts – you will learn lots!
