Final Presentation Choose one of the CEOs in chapter 9 of your Generations at Work text. Brainstorm potential issues that leader may face as work-life normalizes post-COVID-19 for each of these groups: men, women, and other gender identities; different racial and ethnic groups; and multigenerational teams. Develop a diversity, equity, and inclusion approach and plan for one of these groups for the organization you chose in Chapter 9. Your creative and engaging 57-minute presentation will include a brief description of all brainstorming ideas, your rationale for choosing the group and organization, and an outline of your approach and plan (e.g., who the stakeholders are; timeframe; method of learning; rationale for this work in this organization; external concerns). In preparing for this presentation, consider integrating PowerPoint slides, YouTube videos, movie clips, lectures, or other creative presentation methods. An evaluation rubric will be provided.
