RESEARCH ASSIGNMENT REPORT There will be one substantial project/report due for this course. NOTE: It is recommended that you review the materials/scope of work at least three-four weeks in advance of the due dates in order for you to begin the assignment on time and submit the final outcomes with the time parameters. A Grading Rubric is provided for this assignment. In week 8 you will be responsible for submitting a research assignment report. Students should obtain two blank performance appraisals. The appraisals need not be from the same organization. An analysis of each appraisal is to be submitted. The analysis should tak into consideration, at a minimum, the following factors: Legal considerations Use of appraisal within the organization Methodology(ies) used Validity of appraisal data Clarity of the appraisal method Connection between the appraisal and the promotion of mission/organizations/individual goals The analysis MUST include suggested changes and improvements withi rationale for this feedback. Copies of the performance appraisals MUST be attached to your assignment. Any references used must be cited according to a style guide of your choosing. A reference page is required.
