The Counseling Theory Paper is a 5-7 page paper (including title and reference page) over one of the theories covered in this course. The paper should: (1) summarize the basic tenets of the theory, (2) provide a brief historical background on the theorist, (3) discuss 2hat content/ concepts regarding the theory stood out to you, (4) share your personal reactions to this theory, (5) identify what this theory teaches you about working with children, youth, families, and yourself, (6) what aspects do you appreciate about this theory and might consider using as a social worker, and (7) are there any questions, comments, or concerns you want to share regarding this theory? The paper must be written in APA 7 format and include a minimum of 3 professional sources. The Counseling Theory Paper will be graded utilizing a rubric that is provided in D2L.
