Conduct

an interview of a highly respected community nursing leader from a

varietyof healthcare settings; hospital administration, long-term care

facility administration,clinical nurse specialist, clinical educators,

clinical supervisors/managers, nurseresearchers, community health

leaders, nurse educators, professors, nursepoliticians/lobbyists. The

focus of the interview will be on topics such as leadershipstyle and

practices, communication technique, responsibilities, vision for nursing

andproblems that nursing in general faces over the next five to ten

years. The followingquestions should be part of the interviewa. Please

tell me about your role, education, and professional experience.
