Humans tend to hate things they cannot understand. Innovation is a word many love to hate because most cant define it. Business leaders unanimously agree that innovation is important; however, they cant agree on its meaning (Tredgold, 2018). If you search the word innovation on Google, you will receive thousands of definitions. In my own words, innovation is the act of creating, improving, and using a process or item to improve accuracy, efficiency, accuracy, effectiveness, and reliability.
