Legalization is a process of accepting or removing a legal prohibition against something. Marijuana is the most consumed in the United States; Marijuana has been legalized in most states. The decriminalization of Marijuana started in the late 1960s. It became a movement that advocated reformation to legalize the use of Marijuana. Others have more severe penalties, such as some Asian and middle east countries where possession of Marijuana is considered a criminal offense and may lead to imprisonment for several years.
