CRICOS Provider 00025B BSAN7204 STATISTICAL LEARNING Assessment 3 – Technical Report and Stakeholder Presentation WEIGHT: 50% DUE: Friday Week 11 LEARNING OUTCOMES: LO1, LO2, LO3 SUBMISSION: Turnitin AIM The objective of this assignment is for you to work with a complex collection of data files in order to create a value proposition for a stakeholder. You will use techniques of data wrangling in R to generate and explore suitable variables to address a business question. You will then select and justify the relevant theory and advanced tools that can be applied to the variables. Your analysis should demonstrate the application the three core methods from Modules 3 and 4: Multiple linear regression Logistic regression and multiple logistic regression Time series You will then present your insights from this analysis as a technical report to your supervisor and as a persuasive presentation to the stakeholders. TASK DESCRIPTION Your technical report should be around 1000 words and contain: a brief introduction, a main section (this can be broken into subsections if necessary), a conclusion, including proposed further analysis figures, tables and descriptive statistics to effectively support your analysis, an appendix showing your R code Your presentation should be in the form of a 6-minute video upload, using slides and speaking to camera to communicate a summary of your analysis, conclusions and potential value for stakeholders.
