Write my Paper on Effort Reward Imbalance
Effort Reward Imbalance
Order Description
Work stress is said negatively impact upon the employer, employee and wider community. The Effort-Reward Imbalance workplace stress model is able to adequately measureworkplace stress and in recent times, even predict coronary episodes. Explain how the model is structured, and what hypotheses it posits and then discuss if itsassociated with negative health outcomes e.g, disease and ill health, dysregulated stress physiology, health destructive behaviour.

The aim of this piece is to introduce this stress model and discuss the way it measures occupational stress. Identify if the model has changed over time and report, inprecise and succinct detail how the empirical evidence stacks up when the model is used to predict health outcomes or preclinical biological markers of stress andill-health (e.g. Cortisol, immuno indices ect.)
The aim is not merely to summarise the articles you find, but to integrate their content to build your arguments. So dont just list one paper after the other, summarising their findings. The aim is make sense of the literature for the reader and you can do this by collapsing fields of evidence together or by discussingcontrasting findings from similar studies. Your job is to synthesisr thr available information (meta-analyses, literature reviews, empirical and discussion papersetc.) and develop an argument for your conclusion. Obviously, the information you gather will primarily lead to your conclusions but you also have some liberty to useyour own intuition (to a lesser extent) to suggest how your view on the associations between ERI and health should be considered. So, you may discuss why your view maydiffer from the researchers due to limitations etc. be very careful you adopt this approach however, as remember, these papers have been peer-reviewed by experts inthe area. Essentially, you have a small licence to add to the on-going discussion of the best ways to measure work stress and the often ensuing cases of ill-health.
