Understanding National Differences

A) Select two Countries that you would like to compare in terms of national and cultural differences. You can select the country of origin for the final project, or any other country of your choice.
B) Visit the following sources:

http://www.geert-hofstede.com/ – Read the Business Etiquette guidelines for doing business with that country (click the country flag that appears on the right of the country name)
C) Answer the following questions (you must answer all the questions.)::
1. How is one culture different from the other? Please include a discussion of social, business, political issues in your answer.
2. What 4 variables in Hofstede model that might help explaining the differences? Please address each one of them specifically in your answer.
3. What cultural differences have you experienced in your work, school, social life that can be tied directly to some of your research for this post.
