Need help with lab report : gel image lab report

Attached is the gel image for your lab report.
Your introduction should talk about what PCR is and how it works as well as what HWE is and what it tells us about a population.The methods should include the DNA extraction, the PCR, and the HWE equation math.The results should have a paragraph describing the number of people with and without the Alu, as well as a table for the HWE math a the picture of the gel.The gel should be labelled with the DNA ladder, an example of an Alu insertion band, and an example of a no Alu band.The discussion should talk about what it means that our class is in HWE. This should include the 5 assumptions of HWE. Don’t forget 2 references and don’t do any direct quotes!
