· Use rates , incidence , prevalence and specific rate to describe the population
· How would you plan for community change
· Health planning
· Community assessment
· Community partner
· Identify the intervention
· Identify the cost of the intervention
· How would you evaluate the community intervention
The power point presentation need minimum 24 slides , APA format , statistics and reported facts
