This is a 4 page research paper over self care for nurses: burnout, compassion fatigue, and occupational stress. I would talk about how burnout, compassion fatigue, and occupational stress lead to issues within the nursing feild which is why self care related to nurses is so important. I need at least 2 references from professional nursing journals. These journals need to be within the last 5 years and the references cannot come from abstracts or editorals. I will also need links to these specific journals as I have to turn them in.
The 1st picture listed is the grading rubric (titled IMG_8523).
The 2nd and 3rd picture listed are instructions to the paper (IMG_9833 and IMG_9832). Note that this assignment is called a trends/issues paper but my assigned topic is a trends topic so follow the instructions for trends.
The 4th, 5th, and 6th photos are the list of approved nursing journals that the 2 resources need to be from. The resource needs to be within 5 years. (titled 9835, 9836, 9837)
