Use the template for the Journal for NURS 406: Holistic Nursing Practice. You have been provided with the module title, assigned chapters, and objectives in the two left columns. In the far-right column, you will need to expound on each objective and what you have learned related to this topic. A sample is provided for part of module 1. If you use any sources, please provide in-text citations and APA references at the end of each modules journal entry. You are also asked to describe what you have done for self-care this week and a personal reflection. You will add to this same document as you move through the modules. Turn this document twice, once at the end of Module 4 (graded on Modules 1-4) and again at the end of Module 7 (graded on Modules 5-7 and final course objectives).
