For this assignment, continue with the food safety problem you addressed in the Week 2 Investigating an Outbreak paper.
You will then answer the following questions:
What disease (outbreak, bacteria, virus, etc.) are you researching?
Who is currently affected by the disease?
Where is the outbreak occurring? (Include places which could be geographical or more specific, such as an event or hotel.)
When did the outbreak occur? (Include dates and times if known.)
Why did the outbreak occur?
How did the outbreak occur?
Anything additional you would have done in this situation?
Some of these questions overlap with your first paper on this assignment.
This paper should go into more detail now that you have completed the reading on public health surveillance.
