In the final paper, each student will describe the role play and relate the administrative intervention to the relevant literature on the topic (5-7 pages NOT including the cover or reference pages, APA style). This assignment is an individually written summary of what was presented in the role play exercise and accompanying oral presentation. Students are asked to demonstrate their ability to clearly explain a research-informed theory or well-established administrative approach (with citations from reliable sources to back-up the use of the theory or administrative approach) and its direct applicability to inform an appropriate response to address a human services administration issue.
