I did not know how to accurately quote the number of pages for this assignment as the journal entries dont have a 1 page word count requirement. I will attach the Rubric, as well as a description of the exercise. I can also include a few informal research papers that I have written myself for this class, so that you can see my personality (a little). Below is the instructions from the professor.
For 30 consecutive days, practice one or more Qi Gong exercises learned in class or from the optional video for a minimum of 30 minutes. No Taiji. No YouTube. No Yoga.
Record the date, time, exercises done, and your subjective observations in a journal. Subjective observations should include how you were feeling before, during, and after your practice session, and any thoughts, emotions, physical sensations that you observe.
