These are usually a minimum of 5 pages (double-spaced, 1-inch margins), up to 7 or 8, but Ive had as long as 12. Make sure you address the issues (see the syllabus and below). Follow the usual writing guidelines (12-point Arial, double-spaced, 1-inch margins, etc.)
Focus on the following issues. You can refer to your Summary Reports to refresh your memory of earlier experiences.
* Summary of your last week or two at your internship (since your last Summary Report).
* Summary of how your responsibilities have grown / evolved
* Summary of what you have learned about this career field and this type of position
* Summary of your accomplishments
* Summary of your personal growth
* Summary of your professional growth
* Reflection on your final evaluation
* Favorite part(s) of internship
* Aspect(s) of internship you would change
* Reflection of how the organization works (priorities, structure, communication, weak areas, etc.)
* Reflection of how your academic knowledge relates to your internship and career goals
* Reflection on the you of the last two weeks at your internship and the you of the first two weeks. How have you changed?
