Since I am a World Language teacher,The mission of the proposal school is to focus on an innovative program for World Languages. In this time of globalization????????????????????, language learning is central to politics, economics, history, and most obviously education. Language learning is not only a means of improved communication, but more importantly it plays a key role in promoting global understanding and respecting cultural differences. My hope is that students will learn about the history and cultural traditions in various parts of the world through walking tours and eating authentic cuisine; for example, Italian culture in the Bronx (Arthurs Avenue) or Zoom, a tour of the Colosseum in Ro????????????????????me.
