Review the Clinical Case Study of John media, along with the Theory-Based Communication Chart media. First, you will identify three long-term treatment goals along with three short-term treatment goals for John. Second, you will review the list of theories and explore how you will apply that theory with an intervention to reach that goal. Apply at least one article supporting the use of this theory with this client, based upon the goals established.
