What are the diagnostic tools/tests used to detect this disease/disorder (only two main diagnostic tools and write maximum 2 lines about each) (CT scan, MRI scan) by know if there is enlarged livers, blood count, , electrolyte levels, genetic testing, methylmalonic acid blood test, and blood plasma amino acid tests all can be conducted to determine deficiency.
