While watching try to understand the movie within the context of every topic being discussed in this class eg mate selection across cultures, types of marriages, marriage and communication, socio-economic / historical context of the move, parenting styles, love styles, types of conflict resolution, gender roles, etc. Try to use as many sociological concepts, theories etc. relevant to the movie of your choice. A good paper will move beyond merely summarizing these movies to critically analyzing them. NOTE: Online Movie Reviews will not be helpful in completing this assignment.
