Situation: In most companies, there are low levels of work productivity. Productivity has dropped to the lowest point in decades, at a rate of 7.5% annually
Complication: Low productivity are a result of high turnover rate. Low number of employees working.
High portion of inexperience employees that lack proper training. Employee turnover has increased 20-24%since pre-pandemic and is still growing
Question: How can we lower turnover rate to improve work productivity?
