Explain any and all issues you can see with the enforceability of paragraph 4, based on what you have learned about the legality, i.e. enforceability, of non-compete agreements. If you believe the agreement is enforceable as is, you should explain specifically why the various aspects of this non-compete clause were drafted the way they were to ensure enforceability.
