Task: Analysis:Measure current performance of the selected institution
by assessing the mentioned OECD-criteria (effectiveness, efficiency,
impact, etc.). You should back up your arguments with recent evidence
from reports and third-party literature. chosen OECD- criteria for this paper is: Efficiency.
Attached are the projects that need to be assessed to measure the performance (efficiency) of ADB. These projects could be found on the official website for ADB www.adb.org. Access the projects there and assess their efficiency (meaning, how well are resources used and Could the institution / program implement its proposed strategies efficiently and in line with sustainable development norms and standards? ), using those projects as references. 2 to 4 indicators should be mentioned and clearly labeled and then used to explain the assessment. Those indicators should be scored 0 5 (0 being highly inefficient and 5 being highly efficient).
Lastly, please make sure you use the attached projects as reference and sources! All could be accessed on the website. I out 4 sources are needed but you could change that if required
