What is leadership, and why is it so important? How would you rate the level of leadership at the organization you work for?
I own properties that I manage and maintenance. So I work for myself. I provide monthly air filters through Amazon and do yearly check up on the properties. I have gotten to know and love my tenants. I dont charge them late fees and Im very understanding.
