You work at Found Surfboards, a popular surfboard manufacturer based in San Diego, CA. You are the Special Assistant to the CEO, Matt Bancroft. Found Surfboards is set to release a new line of surfboards next summer. First, though, Matt wants to introduce the boards to the eight men and women on the companys Board of Directors. Hes planning a spectacular weekend celebration for the team at a popular surf spot somewhere in the U.S during a late March 2022 weekend. Hes not sure, though, where this event should be held. He has narrowed down the choices to just two. He asked you, his Special Assistant, to research both locations and recommend the one that best meets his needs. He wants your findings to be presented to him in a formal analytical report.
