The object of this assignment is to take Statistical Output that has already been run through R programming language and to write the results in APA format to be used in a Results section in a APA paper for a Psychology class.
Interpreting R is 100% necessary to complete this task.
Task:Reporting statistical data and interpreting results from a 2 way factorial Anova into APA 7
Background:
We conducted an experiment based off a Hypothesis
We are using a 2 way factorial Anova
Hypothesis: Listening to Happy Music at a faster Tempo will have a Happier Emotional Response than People that listen to it at a Slower Tempo. Listening to Happy Music will trigger a Happy Emotional Response
2 Independent Variables: Tempo of Music and Before and After listening to a music clip
Dependent Variable: Happiness of the Participants
We asked our participants to rate the level of their happiness before and after listening to the clip.
Participants were split into 2 groups at random and were asked on a likert scale of 1-7 (7 =Happiest)
Both Groups were asked how they felt before and both groups were asked how they felt after the music
We will need to report Mean, Standard Deviation, Frequency, P-Value in APA
