This week, we read two articles. One by Wagner and one by Norhia, et al.The Wagner et al study describes sales and operational planning. (SEE ATTACHED)
The second reports the results of a study conducted by Norhia et al. In that study, Nohria et al found that leaders who focus on these management practices–strategy, execution, culture and structure and any two of these management practices—talent, innovation, leadership, mergers and partnerships—excel.
