To produce an engineering critic report, which is designed to allow you to investigate the relationship between strategic management system and execution of projects in an engineering
Organization in the UAE. Your report should be structured using the following
headings:
1. An introduction about the corporate strategy in an engineering organization.
2. A literature review of the importance of aligning engineering project
management with corporate strategy of the engineering organization with
considering the dynamic market environments and disruptive
technological innovation and natural disasters such GOVID19.
3. A narrative of a case study on an engineering organisation worldwide (to
include future vision, mission and objectives, strategy, core business
activities, recent financial performance, competiveness in the market, etc.)
4. A narrative on the difficulties associated with the dynamic nature of the
market including dealing with the managing the technological innovations
and acting upon the new market principles of red and blue oceans
strategies in engineering project as of means for developing corporate
strategies and value creation in the selected organisation.
5. A set of recommendations for improvement to existing project level planning
activities for the selected organization and other engineering organisations.
You may need to consider how these improvements map into your
organisation strategic objectives (identified in section c).
