This is for a discussion board assignment. I need some help for a colleague. They have a client who is a nine year old girl. She is showing signs of depression and the helper does not know what to do or how to help her. She said that she was very close to a (male) classmate and considered them to be a couple who would have lots of fun and a good life together. After several months, the other child is not really interacting with her and she does not know what to do or what she did wrong. Many of you are parents or have handled children of this age bracket.
