Your job is to identify, examine, and develop an essay based on a concept, action, thing or term that you feel requires definition or explanation. When doing so, be sure to consider not only your own perspective on what you are defining, but other interpretations and uses as well. You should try to work from an area of your own expertise or an area that piques your curiosity.
This paper must be slightly longer than the first (900 words), and will require more of a research component. Your paper must include two (2) sources and a minimum of three (3) direct quotations and/or three (3) paraphrases from those sources.
