This is a nursing concept map that has a case study to get all the information from. This information is all in the case study I will provide. If there are medications that we need to give or things that are not written in the case study, we make up the most appropriate one for the patient and write and cite it. If you have any questions please let me know! The boxes on the map are very tiny so if more room is needed, please make a new bigger box or make the original one bigger.
