This is one part for my Litterature Review of my Applied Business Project. Indeed, the company that I have chosen is « DORCHESTER COLLECTION ».
My topic is : Analyse how to diversify Dorchester Collections workforce ;
What you have to do is : Designing a Social Media focused Recruitment Strategy to attract Candidates from OUTSIDE the Hospitality Industry ;
I put « presentation » on the rubric « type of paper » cause its writing 8 pages (1 page = 2 slides)
Objectives:
Concerning the writing part, first present shortly the company, analyse the current workforce and employee satisfaction challenges within the company (especially since the COVID-19 crisis : turnover etc
) ;
Determine differences and similarities between the properties recruitment strategies ;
Promote diversified workforce hiring practices ;
Determine the « Employee Target Market » ;
Identify current trends in hiring strategies and benefit packages ;
Identify the industries that have the most available and fitting workforce ;
What I wrote will help you to for the writing part : present the social media and then the PPT part is to build it (I mean look like SCREENSHOT of a real web social media, didnt exist of course..) like the main page, rubric, how its look like, like a study draft of the real social m. You are Free to add anything more (Im sure I forgot many things..)
So of course, you have to link word part and ppt part, they are complementary. (Page 1 word link to page 1 and 2 ppt cause 1 word page = 2 slides) etc
