Your report should have the following sections, with the headers listed below:
Abstract – a brief executive summary of the entire report, 250-words max
Introduction and Methods – summarize the lab procedures as briefly as possible; in this report, mention total magnification, microscope storage, and the aseptic technique
Lab Results / Data – include your detailed drawings, tables, and data from the lab book; they can be redrawn or reformatted to look better
Data, drawings, and descriptions (0-10 points)
Conclusions – in this section you should explain the data in Results with clear and specific conclusions
Were your transfers done aseptically, and how do you know (Lab 2)?
Which bacteria from the lab are motile and which are not? How do you know (Lab 10)?
What areas sampled by the class produced the most bacterial growth, and why (Lab 11)?
