Several questions exist here about why the brothers were charged to begin with, their appeals and the prosecutors decisions to offer plea bargains and ultimately conduct a second trial against the brother that did not agree to a plea bargain.
Analyze the following questions, presenting a point/counterpoint analysis. You can create this as a chart, demonstrating your clear and thoughtful responses to each of these questions in a side-by-side comparison, OR you may submit a 1 Full-page minimum, APA 7th formatted paper, explaining your answers.
