Crafting a Culinary Paper: Exploring Your Country’s Cuisine and Culture

When writing your paper have the basics. An introduction, body, and conclusion. Include information such as: Why you chose your country and region. Does this country have any family roots? Explain. Describe the region you chose- geographical, what herbs and spices are used. What proteins are usually used as the “Center of the Plate.” Have you ever eaten any of the food categories you chose and researched? Are there specific fruits, vegetables, or starches used in this culture? Any food-related celebrations? If you have participated in any of these or your family has, what are traditional times and foods you now celebrate? Include your menu. This is where you add your classic cuts to your food items. If not limited to up to three items for the preparation of the buffet, what else would have you presented and prepared? After you have found some great research information make sure you summarize and conclude your paper.
