The paper should begin with a brief (approximately one-half page) introduction to the topic.
The second part of the paper delves into the details of the literature on the topic, and should be based on a minimum of 5 original, research studies.
The final portion of the paper will attempt to translate the knowledge gained from the critical analysis to a targeted group of individuals (i.e., patients with a particular ailment, a potential fitness client, a competitive athlete, etc.).
