Page One will describe Charles I, Panel One, (from left to right)
Page Two will describe Charles I, Panel Two, (from left to right)
Page Three will describe Charles I, Panel Three, (from left to right)
No quotations. No work cited page.
The first sentence will state the artists name, title of painting and year painted.
Start in the upper left-hand corner (per plane) and describe the painting from left to right and top to bottom as if reading a book.
Do not write an analysis of the story of the painting. This is an exercise in descriiption.
You may not simply put a primary color or hyphenated color like blue or blue-green. Please use descriiptive, complex colors like lime green or burnt umber.
You may not use the same descriiptive color name more than twice.
Do not add any images to pages of the essay.
Use Normal 1-inch margins and limit paragraph indentations to no more than 3 per page.
