A Feasibility Study is the initial checkpoint. The goal here is to simply discover if your idea has substantial potential as a business opportunity. In other words, does your business model make sense? Simply stated can it make money and is it scalable?
When you finish your feasibility study, you should have an indication of: Is it worth taking your idea into a full-blown business plan?
For this feasibility study, you will be evaluated on your ability to research the customer, competition, industry, and margin.
