Operations managers use decision-making models in organizational decision making. Virtually every decision-making model has an associated set of assumptions or conditions under which the model is valid. For this assignment, address the following:
Choose 1 of the decision-making models, and discuss the assumptions and limitations that must be considered to have valid results
Review and consider the decision-making scenario discussed by your peers. Provide your perspective on their decision-making model, along with their assumptions and limitations that you believe would have improved the decision-making process.
