You are currently working as an instructional designer in the training organization of a large widget manufacturing company. Your plan should discuss the Kirkpatrick model and why each level is important. Be sure to discuss it in terms of transfer of learning. Out of the 8 evaluation tools you described in your plan, create at least 2 tools you would actually use to gather the data described.
