Remember that your research is to have the main purpose of bringing forth greater understanding of the problem; keep connecting to the problem. Please review my comments within your paper and make appropriate adjustments and improvements as you move forward. It is very important for you to generalize the problem, instead of identifying a particular company by name. Also, please continue to sharpen the focus on the problem and make a distinction between that underlying problem and the possible symptomatic issues that are caused by the problem. Continue along the line with the problem being the lack of effective leadership training.
