Open your Excel spreadsheet from Assignment 4.2: Payroll. Start MS Access (or another database) and choose an appropriate database template. Copy and paste the payroll data from Assignment 4.2: Payroll into the new database.
Add an employee, you can use your own name if you like, and complete a new record adding data in each field.
Sort the payroll records alphabetically by employee last name.
Create a report of your payroll database in a word processor such as MS Word. Note: If you cannot save your report directly into a word processor format, you can use the Print Screen key to copy the report and then paste it into a word processor document.
