Imagine that you are an elite of consultant coming in to offer advice to the owner/manager of that business on how they can improve their performance. Applying your deep understanding of finance, make specific recommendations for this firm.
You should submit a written report.
Assume that the owner/manager does not have the same expertise as you, you may need to explain at depth.
Assume that the owner/manager is skeptical of your recommendations, and will need to be convinced with evidence and persuasiveness.
Your report should be professional and convincing, but, there are no other specific requirements.
Please feel free to make any reasonable assumptions you need.
The emphasis of this assignment is on your recommendations/advice, not on your ability to research this specific firm.
