There are two parts in this work. ( Around 400 words long)
First Part: Culture is part of all organizations, and social systems exist in any given company. When an individual becomes an employee, he or she also becomes part of that organizations social system. This is the general system in which people relate to one another at work. As such, many variables may influence an organizations social system, which can impact the working balance. When working relationships are functional, they contribute to the organizations success.
Considering your current or past workplace, describe how the social system operates and how people contribute to or taint the system. How do people contribute to the social harmony (or disharmony) at your workplace?
I am a international student from China, I dont have a real job yet. You can make up an internship experience for me.
Second Part: Write a respond to a classmate
In responding to your classmates posts, analyze the social systems they have described. Offer ideas for maintaining or establishing a social system in your classmates scenarios. Encourage further elaboration by asking your classmates questions and offering alternative viewpoints.
Support your initial post and response posts with scholarly sources cited in APA style.
Here is my classmates work:
A social system is a complex set of human relationships interacting in many ways. (Newstrom, 2015, p.86) The social systems in my organization, it seems ostensible between designers; but it is about human behavior.
The social system in the design company is complex and different. The behavior of any one member can have an impact, directly or indirectly, also the systems are mutually interdependent. When I worked in my organization, designers with different ideas and backgrounds became a group of people working the same project as a team. I felt everyone had the extraordinary view with different values. The contest of new ideas bring lots of conflicts, disputes and loss occurred. Other designers thought might be taken in the spirit of that contest. When I met this situation, I would listen carefully and attentively everyones idea. Then I could understand what others are talking about, and accomplish the communication in its true meaning. Even though some might impatient, but we usually are together harmoniously with others. Organizational culture has emphasized that the formation and maintenance of culture require interpersonal interaction with subgroups. Having interaction with supervisor, team members, or senior co-workers. That is the way we do things around the organization with culture, core beliefs, norms, tradition, share thing.
