Going to say what I found interesting is to know that business have the capabilities to help solve social problems, I use to hear when some people donate to help hunger like Bill Gates use to think was for tax write off purposes but I am learning that big business people with big accounts can help and so can new technology. And while doing my assignment for this week learning about the different tools used MSS (Management support System) to help managers in planning, solving problems and making decisions. I use to here managers complain about not doing their summary or exception reports because they did not have enough time now I know what they was talking about all this time. I have had lead positions in the past but my duties required very light documentation did not need to use any type of tool. Tools learned are ESS Executive support system, DSS Decision Support System, MIS Mangement Information System and TPS, Transaction Processing System Chapter 9 Business Driven As to your question on what would I like to learn more would be probably on how to use one of theses tools. Reason because when I am job searching and they ask you if you have experience or knowledge in using this type of system I could say yes for one and it be a new learned skill for myself.
