Overall, I can tell you understand what is going on under the hood of the technology, which is good. However, the errors in the writing, grammar, misspellings, etc distract from your message too much. Also, I think you did a good job of reflecting your understanding of how things word but I didnt see as much of a connection to the actual assignment as I would have liked to. For example, how are we getting from physical to virtual? You brought up using the converter which is great, but I didnt see the follow through with the remainder of the assignment. Instead you went more into definitions and your understanding of how things work as opposed to how you planned to make this migration work.
