Transgender bathroom This is a big debate right now. I believe that it should be up to the individual what bathroom they use. I do not believe that we as Americans have the right to tell people that they have to use the bathroom that is on the birth certificate. They should be able to use whatever makes them feel human. We should not discriminate. I have a friend who was born a female and she never felt right, today at the age of 25 she is taking testosterone injections. He uses the ladies restroom or fact the he still has breast and lady parts. In December he is getting the breast removed. At which time, he plans on growing facial hair, and will use the mens restroom even though technically according to his birth certificate he is a female and yes he still has female parts. He identifies as a male, dresses as a male, and yet has female organs.
